CONSUL—a digital tool that facilitates civic engagement by connecting citizens to governments
Developed by the City of Madrid and collaboratively supported by a network of individuals and organizations continuing to improve the platform, CONSUL can already be used to share, discuss, and vote on proposals within a PB process, as well as to engage participants in debates, decision-making, and collaborative legislation beyond PB.
